Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and resourceful people to help build our Customer Success team. You will provide hands-on support to our growing customer base by helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our product. The ideal candidate is a loyal advocate for our customers, a creative problem-solver, and a collaborative team member.
This role is 100% in English, working with US Customers fully remote from LATAM
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and articulate our solution sets and value propositions
- Reach out to connect and set up calls with new customer sign-ups
- Onboard clients onto our platform by providing demos and hand-holding their first project
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for any project or platform inquiries
- Gather feedback on the likes and dislikes of our platform
- Provide the feedback to our product team with the end-goal of iterating and improving our customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable and versatile and like the hands-on nature of working at a startup
- Tech-savvy
- 3-5 years of experience in client relationship development and customer success
Extra points if you have
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and/or Apollo.io
- Worked in a startup
- Worked independently as a contractor for a US-based company
