Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and resourceful people to help build our Customer Success team. You will provide hands-on support to our growing customer base by helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our product. The ideal candidate is a loyal advocate for our customers, a creative problem-solver, and a collaborative team member.

This role is 100% in English, working with US Customers fully remote from LATAM

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and articulate our solution sets and value propositions
  • Reach out to connect and set up calls with new customer sign-ups
  • Onboard clients onto our platform by providing demos and hand-holding their first project
  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for any project or platform inquiries
  • Gather feedback on the likes and dislikes of our platform
  • Provide the feedback to our product team with the end-goal of iterating and improving our customer experience


  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adaptable and versatile and like the hands-on nature of working at a startup
  • Tech-savvy
  • 3-5 years of experience in client relationship development and customer success

Extra points if you have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and/or
  • Worked in a startup
  • Worked independently as a contractor for a US-based company
